Tonight is the start of the NBA season;  it’s my favorite time of the year.

All three games this evening should be good.

• Miami at Boston - tipoff 7:30PM ET on TNT
• Phoenix at Portland - tipoff 10:00PM ET on KGW in Portland
• Houston at LA (Lakers) - tipoff 10:30PM ET on TNT

Not sure if any of my followers are runners.  If so these are my favorite running shoes.  The only thing I dislike about them is the always increasing price, now $140.00 new!!

I had the fifth pick overall and got Kobe in the first round.  I’m pretty happy with this roster.  It’s a head to head league with ten teams, nine of which showed up for the draft.

Found these for $48.00 at the Buffalo Exchange off Hawthorne.

I am not sure why the laces are so long.  Maybe I will swap them for some Safety Orange joints.

The Rose Garden was pretty empty and the action was pretty dull.  But the Blazers topped the Nuggets 90 - 83.
